Unless the subject or context requires otherwise, in this regulation:-
(a) "Vairang" means a postal item which is not covered by a postage stamp or posted without a stamp.
(b) "T stamp" should be understood as a stamp used to indicate customs duty on postal items going to foreign countries and coming to Nepal from foreign countries.
(c) "Due stamp" shall mean a stamp used to indicate the duty not delivered to the internal postal item.
(d) "Initial Postage" shall mean the initial postage of the postal item.
(e) "address post" shall mean the post to which postal items are delivered.
(f) "Challan (transit) post" means the post between the originating post and the address post.
