2. Definition In this order, unless the subject matter or the context requires otherwise, -

(a) "Chairman" shall mean the Chairman of the Committee.
(b) "Executive Director" shall mean the Executive Director as per Section 6.
(c) "Chisapani area" means the area within Banke, Wardia, Kailali and Kanchanpur districts.
(d) "Ministry" means the Ministry of Tourism and Civil Aviation (e) "Member" shall mean a member of the committee and the term also refers to the chairman and member-secretary of the committee.
(f) "Committee" means the Chisapani Region Tourism Promotion and Development Committee constituted as per Section 3.
