Section 2
In this order, if the definition subject or context does not imply otherwise, -
2. Definition In this order, unless the subject matter or the context requires otherwise, -
(a) "Chairman" shall mean the Chairman of the Committee.
(b) "Executive Director" shall mean the Executive Director as per Section 6.
(c) "Ministry" means the Ministry of Tourism and Civil Aviation
(d) "Lumbini area" means the area within Kapilvastu, Rupandehi and Nawalparasi districts.
(e) "Member" shall mean a member of the committee and the term also refers to the chairman and member-secretary of the committee.
(f) "Committee" means the Karnali Region Tourism Promotion Development Committee constituted as per Section 3.
