In these regulations, unless the subject or context requires otherwise,–
(a) “Act” means the Bonus Act, 2030.
(A1) "Welfare Fund" means the National Welfare Fund as per Section 13 of the Act.
(b) "Committee" means the welfare committee constituted as per rule 10 for the operation of the welfare fund.
(c) "Chairman" means the Chairman of the Committee.
(d) "Member" means a member of the Committee and the term also refers to the Chairman of the Committee.
