.2. Definition:

Unless the subject or context requires otherwise, in this order,-

(a) “Chairman” shall mean the Chairman of the Committee.
(b) "Hospital" shall mean Humla Hospital.
(c) "Prescribed" or "as prescribed" means prescribed or prescribed in the rules made under this order.
(d) "Ministry" shall mean the Ministry of Health and Population (e) "Member" shall mean a member of the Committee and the term shall mean the Chairman of the Committee and the Member-Secretary of the Committee.
(f) "Committee" shall mean the Humla Hospital Development Committee constituted as per section 3.
