Rule 2
Definition
In these Regulations, unless the context or the context otherwise requires,–
(a) "Act" means the Non-Resident Nepalese Act, 2064.
(b) "Mission" shall mean the Nepali Embassy abroad and the term shall also refer to the Permanent Mission of Nepal to the United Nations or the Consulate General of Nepal abroad.
(c) "Deputy head" shall mean the person who works as the head of the deputation and the term shall also refer to the employee assigned to perform his/her duties in his/her absence.
(d) "Ministry" means the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (e) "Secretary" means the Secretary of the Ministry (f) "Association" means a non-residential Nepali association registered under Rule 12.
(g) "Statutes" means the Statutes of the Union.
