Rule 2
Definition
In this Regulation unless the subject or context requires otherwise –
(a) "Act" means the Feedstuffs Act, 2033.
(b) "Public Analyst" means a person appointed under rule 3.
(c) "Pocket" means container, box, container, container, packet or pouch.
(d) "Local officer" shall mean the official appointed by the Government of Nepal by publishing a notice in the Nepal Gazette and if no such official has been appointed, it shall mean the Chief District Officer.
