Rule 2
Definition
In these Regulations, unless the context or the context otherwise requires,–
(a) “Act” means the Construction Trades Act, 2055.
(b) "Committee" means the Implementation Committee constituted under Section 15 of the Act.
(c) "Chairman" means the Chairman of the Committee.
(d) "Fund" shall mean Builders' Fund.
