Section 2
Definition
In this Act, unless the subject or context otherwise requires,
(a) "Council" means the Nepal Law Practitioners Council established in accordance with this Act.
(b) "Chairman" means the Chairman of the Council.
(c) "Councillor" means a member of the Council (d) "Secretary" means the Secretary of the Council (e) "Legal Practitioner" shall mean senior advocate and advocate and the term shall also refer to other legal practitioners provided for in this Act.
(f) "Prescribed" or "as prescribed" means prescribed or prescribed in the rules made under this Act.
