Rule 2
Definition
: In this Regulation, unless the subject or context otherwise requires,
(a) "Act" means the Children Act, 2048.
(b) "Management Committee" shall mean the Management Committee constituted in accordance with Rule 15 for the purpose of running a Child Welfare Home, Child Reform Home, Orphanage or Center for the Mentally Infirm.
(c) "Administrator" means a person working as the head of a child reform home, orphanage or mental institution.
(d) "Ministry" means Government of Nepal, Ministry of Education, Culture and Social Welfare.
