In this regulation, unless the context or context requires otherwise,
(a) "Act" means the Seed Sowing Act, 2045.
(b) "Committee" means the committee constituted under Section 3 of the Seed Sowing Act, 2045.
(c) "Sub-Committee" means the Sub-Committee constituted under Rule 3.
(d) "Office" means the District Agricultural Development Office.
(e) "Centre" means the Seed Quality Control Centre.
(f) "Crop inspector" means a person appointed under section 16 of the Act.
(g) "Seed Seed Analyst" means a person appointed as per section 16 of the Act.
(h) "Seed Seed Sample Collector" means a person appointed under section 16 of the Act.
