Rule 2
Definition
Unless the subject or subject has another meaning in this regulation,–
(a) "Act" means Banks and Financial Institutions Debt Recovery Act, 2058.
(b) "Complaint Petition" means a complaint petition filed by a bank or a financial institution before the Tribunal in accordance with sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Act.
(c) "Shrestedar" means an officer appointed by the Government of Nepal to perform general administration work of the Tribunal or Appellate Tribunal in accordance with Rule 32.
