Section 2
Definition
: In this Act, unless the subject or context requires otherwise,-
(a) "Misdemeanor" means an act as per Section 3.
(b) "Centre" shall mean the rehabilitation center established under section 13.
(c) "Victim" means a person who has been sold, trafficked or trafficked into prostitution.
(d) "Child" means a person who has not completed the age of eighteen years.
(e) "Exploitation" means the act of enslaving, binding, and the word also refers to the act of removing human organs except in accordance with prevailing laws.
(f) "Prescribed" or "as prescribed" means prescribed or prescribed in the rules made under this Act.
