In this order, unless the subject or context indicates otherwise,-
(a) "Chairman" means the Chairman of the Committee.
(b) "Executive Director" means the Executive Director appointed or designated as per Section 6.
(c) "Prescribed or prescribed" shall mean prescribed or prescribed in the rules made under this order.
(d) "Ministry" means the Ministry of Industry.
(e) "Special Economic Zone" shall mean the zone designated by the Ministry by publishing a notification in the Nepal Gazette.
(f) "Member" means a member of the Committee and the term also includes the Chairman.
(g) "Committee" means the Special Economic Zone Development Committee constituted under Section 3.
