Rule 2
Definition
In these regulations, unless the subject or the context requires otherwise,-
(a) "Act" means the Military Act, 2063.
(b) "Court of Inquiry" means the Court of Inquiry constituted under Rule 4.
(c) "Office of Prad Vivak" means the office of Jangi Adda headed by Prad Vivak and the term also refers to Pritna Prad Vivak Branch and Bahini Prad Vivak Branch Office.
(d) "Committee" means the committee as per sub-section (2) of section 62 of the Act.
(e) "Registrar" means a Prad officer appointed to work in the Military Special Court under Rule 37.
