Unless the subject or context requires otherwise, in this Act-

(a) “proprietor” means any person who, by himself, or on behalf of or for the benefit of any other person, or being the bailiff or custodian of any other person; A person who is immediately receiving or has the right to receive the restitution of real estate or who has the right to receive and receive such restitution if such real estate is given.
(b) The term "interested person" used in relation to any property shall include all persons entitled to claim or have the right to do so in compensation due to the acquisition of such property under this Act.
(c) “real estate” means any building or any part thereof, and—
(1) If there is any garden, land and terrace adjacent to such building or any part thereof, such garden, land, terrace,
(2) goods placed in connection with such building or any part thereof for the purpose of more beneficial use, and
(3) Any belongings, property and furniture inside the building or any part of it should also be remembered.
