Subject or Subject· Unless otherwise indicated in these Regulations,–
(a) "Act" means the Child Protection and Welfare Act, 2039.
(b) "Administrative Committee" means the Apa·Ghar Operating Committee constituted as per rule 11 for the operation of the Apa·Ghar.
(c) "Ministry" means Government of Nepal, Ministry of Education, Culture and Social Welfare.
