In these regulations, unless the subject or context otherwise requires,–

(a) “Contingency Fund” means the Contingency Fund established under the Contingency Fund Act, 2016; Should.
(b) "Emergency work" means work to be done on account of problems arising from natural disaster or accident or internal or external disturbance or danger or other similar events or work designated as emergency work by the Government of Nepal.
(c) "advance requisitioning officer" means an officer who requisitions advance funds to be spent from the contingency fund for any emergency work.
