Unless the subject or context requires otherwise, in these regulations, –

(a) “Act” means the Breast Milk Substitutes (Control of Sale and Distribution) Act, 2049.
(b) "Inspector" means a person appointed or designated under sub-section (1) of section 13 of the Act.
