Unless the subject or the context otherwise requires, in these regulations,–

(a) “Act” means the Indentured Labor (Prohibition) Act, 2058.

(b) "Certificate" means the certificate of group registration granted under rule 14.

(c) "Ministry" means the Ministry of Land Reforms and Administration.

(d) ) "group" means a group of exempted workers registered under rule 14.
