In these Regulations, unless the subject or the context otherwise requires,–
(a) "Act" means the Certification of Certain Public Documents (Procedure) Act, 2063.
(b) "Chief Secretary" means the Chief Secretary of the Government of Nepal (c) "Declaration of the House of Representatives, 2063" means the declaration of the House of Representatives passed by the meeting of the House of Representatives on 4th June 2063.
