2. Definition:

In this Order, unless the subject matter or the context otherwise requires,–
(a) "Chairman" shall mean the Chairman of the Committee.
(b) "Hospital" shall mean Gorkha Hospital.
(c) "Prescribed" or "as prescribed" means prescribed or prescribed in the rules made under this order.
(d) "Ministry" shall mean the Ministry of Health and Population (e) "Member" means a member of the committee and the word also refers to the chairman of the committee and the member-secretary of the committee.
(f) "Committee" shall mean the Gorkha Hospital Development Committee constituted as per Section 3.
