Unless the subject or the context requires otherwise, in these regulations,–

(a) “Act” means the Scholarships Act, 2021.

(b) “ Commission” means the National Planning Commission.

(c) “Scholarship Determination Committee” means the Scholarship Policy Determination Committee as per rule 6.

(d) “Selection Committee” means Scholarship Selection Committee as per Rule 8.

(e) “Original Subject” means the public publication when inviting applications for scholarship. (f) "Examination" means the examination conducted in accordance with Rule 10 to select candidates for the award of scholarships. (g) "Wigo Selection Committee" ” means the Vigo determination committee regarding scholarship as per Rule 25.
