Unless the subject or context requires otherwise, in this Act-
(a) "Land" means all land including houses, gardens, gardens, trees, factories, lakes, ponds, etc. It should be remembered. The work of registering land in the zonal book on the basis of a map or Shresta is meant and the word also refers to the work of aerial survey for surveying, setting up control point locations and getting the map published by measuring the topography at different values.
(a)( 2) "Darta Shresta" means Land Owner Registration Shresta, which is prepared based on the land surveying map and land book prepared in such a way that Jagwala, Mohi, share, area and type of land are clearly visible.
(a) 3) "Sandh" means a boundary line that determines the boundary between two different pieces of land.
(a)(4) "Part" means a piece of land surrounded by a sandh on all sides and equal in rights, enjoyment and kind at each place. It should be understood as a piece. (b) "Landholder" means a person who has the right to own the land according to the prevailing Nepalese law. (d) "Patwari" should be understood as the person who cultivates the land with his own or his family's labor.
(e) "Government Land" shall mean the following lands under the right, ownership, control or subjection of the Government of Nepal:-
(1) Government house, building or land,
(2) road, road or railway,
(3) Forests, forests or trees in forest forests, butyans,
(4) Rivers, streams, lakes, ponds and so on
(5) Canal, Kulo or Ailani, Parti Jagga,
(6) Minerals or mineral substances,
(7) Himal, Bhir, Pahra, Dagar, Bagar, Public Garden, or
(8) in the name of public, community, guild or any individual andLand other than his private land.
(f) "Public land" means the following lands for public purposes:-
(1) A house, land, sewer or road existing since time immemorial,
(2) Wells, pandheros, panighats, wells, ponds and sock deals
(3) Cattle exit, Gouchar, Khark, Burial ground, Graveyard, Masanghat, Graveyard land,
(4) Pati, Pauwa, Deval, place of religious worship, monument, monastery, temple, chaitya, monastery, stupa, mosque, Idgah, graveyard, church, chowk, dubli, chautari or any such land,
(5) Land where there is a haat, fair, place for public entertainment or sports, or
(6) Other land designated as public land by the Government of Nepal by publishing a notice in the Nepal Gazette. f(1) "Community land" means land kept by a community for its own purposes or any structure built on such land or any other land owned by the community.
(g) "Prescribed" or "as prescribed" means prescribed or prescribed in the rules made under this Act.
