In these Regulations, unless the subject or the context otherwise requires,–
(a) "Act" means the Information Commission Act, 2026.
(b) "Commission" shall mean the Commission established in accordance with Section 3 of the Act.
(c) "Member" means a member of the Commission and the term also includes the Chairman of the Commission.
