Unless the subject or context otherwise requires, in these rules,–

(a) “Act” means the Statistics Act, 2015.
(b) "Department" means the Central Statistics Department (c) "Collector" means a government office, a government-owned or government-aided organization for the purpose of collecting data, or a domestic or foreign entity or institution.
