2. Definitions

In these Regulations, unless the context or context requires otherwise –
(a) "Act" means the Urban Development Plan Implementation Act, 2029.
(b) "Plan" means a city plan approved by the Government of Nepal in accordance with the Act (c) "Committee" means the committee for implementing the city plan constituted as per section 4 of the Act.
