2. Definition:

Unless the subject or context requires otherwise, in this order,-

(a) “Committee” shall mean the Civil Servants Hospital Development Committee constituted under section 3.
(b) "Hospital" shall mean a Civil Service Hospital.
(c) "Chairman" shall mean the Chairman of the Committee.
(d) "Member" means a member of the committee and that word also refers to the chairperson, secretary-secretary of the committee.
(e) "Executive Director" shall mean the Executive Director appointed as per Section 6.
(f) "Prescribed" or "as prescribed" shall mean as prescribed or prescribed in the regulations or guidelines made under this order.
