2. Definition:

In this regulation, unless the context or the context otherwise requires,–
(a) "Central Committee" means the Central Committee constituted as per rule 5.
(b) "Fund" shall mean the civil servant contribution fund as per rule 3.
(c) "District Committee" shall mean the District Committee constituted as per rule 8.
