2. Definition

Unless the subject or context requires otherwise, in this regulation,-

(a) "Member of the Constituent Assembly" means a member as provided in sub-section (3) of Article 63 of the Interim Constitution of Nepal, 2063. Constituent Assembly member should be considered.

(b) "Programme" shall mean Constituency Development Program and the projects and plans conducted under it.
(c) "Ministry" means the Ministry of Local Development (d) "Secretary" shall mean the Secretary of the District Development Committee.
(e) "Consumer Committee" means the persons who will directly benefit from the program determined by the Government of Nepal or other bodies to be operated at the local level, the concerned member of parliament or his representative or the concerned village "Development Committee or It should be remembered that the committee formed in Rohwar by the representative of the municipality.
