In this Act, unless the subject or context otherwise requires,–
(a) "Fund" means the judicial fund established in accordance with section 3.
(b) "Committee" means the Board of Directors constituted as per Section 7.
(c) "Prescribed" or "as prescribed" means prescribed or prescribed in the rules made under this Act.
