2. Definition

In this order, unless the subject or context indicates otherwise –
(a) "Committee" means Pathibhara Area Development Committee constituted as per Section 3.

(c) "Chairman" means the Chairman of the Committee.
(d) "Member" means a member of the committee and the term also refers to the chairman and member-secretary.

(f) "Prescribed" or as prescribed" means prescribed or prescribed in the rules made under this order.
