2. Definitions

Unless the context or context requires otherwise, in these regulations,–

(a) “Act” means the Civil Service Act, 2049.
(b) "Court" means the Administrative Court constituted under Rule 3.
(c) "Member" means a member of the Court and the term also includes the Chairman.
(d) “Registrar” means the Registrar of the Court.
