Unless the subject or context requires otherwise, in this regulation,-

(a) “Production source” means a place where waste is released, grows or starts to be released.

p>(b) “Act” means the Solid Waste Management Act, 2068.

(c) “Biological” means a substance that decays or rots quickly and the word means paper, wood made using organic matter.

(d) "Inorganic" means substances that do not decompose quickly or do not decompose quickly.
