2. Definition:

In this Order, unless the subject matter or the context otherwise requires,–
(a) "Chairman" means the Chairman of the Committee.
(b) "Executive Director" shall mean the Executive Director as per Section 6.
(c) "Prescribed" or "as prescribed" means prescribed or prescribed in the rules made under this order.
(d) "Barahkshetra" means the following areas:-

Barahakshetra, Mahendranagar, Bishnupaduka, Prakashpur, Madhuvan and the entire area of ​​Singia Village Development Committee of Sunsari District and the area as specified by the Ministry of Dharan Municipality, Chintang of Dhankuta District. And the area as specified by the Ministry of Ale Village Development Committee, 9th Udaipur District Mainmaini and the entire area of ​​Thoksila Village Development Committee.
(e) "Ministry" means Ministry of Federal Affairs, Constituent Assembly, Parliamentary Affairs and Ministry of Culture.
(f) "Member" means a member of the Committee and the term includes the Chairman and Member-Secretary of the Committee. (g) "Committee" means the Greater Barah Kshetra Development Committee constituted as per section 3.
