In this regulation, unless the subject or context requires otherwise:-
(a) "Ex-Serviceman" shall mean a Nepali citizen who has retired from the Nepali Army or an army outside Nepal so that he is not disqualified for government service in the future.
(b) "Appointment" shall mean contractual appointment to be made in accordance with this regulation.
