2. Definition

Unless the subject or context requires otherwise, in this order,

(a) “Committee” means the Mankamana Area Development Committee constituted under section 3.
(b) "Mankamana area" means the places within the following Village Development Committees under Gorkha District:-

0 All wards of Mankamana Village Development Committee. 0 All wards of Wakang Village Development Committee. 0 All wards of Taklung Village Development Committee.

(c) “Chairman” means the Chairman of the Committee.
(d) "Member" means a member of the committee and the word also means the chairman and member-secretary of the committee.
(e) "Executive Director" shall mean the Executive Director appointed as per Section 6.
(f) "Prescribed" or "as prescribed" means prescribed or prescribed in the rules made under this order.
