Unless the subject or context requires otherwise, in these regulations,-

(a) “Act” means the Trafficking and Trafficking in Persons (Control) Act, 2064.
(b) "National Committee" means the Committee as per rule 3.
(c) "District Committee" shall mean the Committee as per rule 5.
(d) "Ministry" means the Ministry of Women, Children and Social Welfare.
