(a) "class and professional organization" means children's organization, ………… youth organization, women's organization, farmer's organization, labor organization and the interest and development of a particular class or business as well as the building and development of the nation. It should be considered as other class and professional organization which is established and operated with the main goal of the work.
(b) "Legislation" shall mean the legislation and the amendments made thereto for the establishment, operation and other related activities of any class and professional organization.
