Unless the context or context otherwise requires, in this Act:
(a) “explosive substance” means an IED capable of detonating and causing damage; TNC Amatol, Barotol, Pentolite, Rapid Detonative Explosive (RDX), Tor Fax, Blastic Explosive, Dynamite, Gunpowder, Nitroglycerine, Gelignite, Stemite, Celcite, Detonator, Blastic Cap, Electric Blasting Cap, Puse, Firecracker, Firecracker , gun cotton, gun powder, blast powder, mercury (mercury) or any other metal fulunate, any other explosive substance of the same nature or any substance prescribed by the Government of Nepal from time to time by publishing a notice in the Nepal Gazette, and the term also refers to a bomb. p>
(A1) "Bomb" means any explosive substance or any other device, formula, process or measure made to detonate by itself or any other substance, a grenade or any other explosive substance or substance of a similar nature."
p>(b) “Manufacturing” means any method of disassembling or breaking up any explosive substance or spoiling it, or any method of making any damaged explosive substance usable and also any method of making, manipulating or repairing any explosive substance.
(c) “carrier” means a motor, cart, buggy, rickshaw, boat, boat and any other vehicle for carrying goods or passengers by water or land or by air.

(e) “license” means license granted under this Act.
( f) "Prescribed" or "as prescribed" means prescribed or prescribed in the rules made under this Act.
