In this Act, unless the subject or context requires otherwise,-

(a) “Hospital” means a V.P. established under section 3. shall mean Koirala Memorial Cancer Hospital.

(b) "Committee" shall mean the Board of Directors constituted as per section 7.

(c) "Chairman" shall mean the Chairman of the Committee.< /p>

(d) “Member” shall mean a member of the Committee and that word shall also mean the Chairman of the Committee.

(e) “Executive Director” shall mean the Executive Director appointed under Section 12

(f) “Prescribed” or “as prescribed” means prescribed or prescribed in the rules made under this Act.
