2. Definition

Unless the subject or context requires otherwise, in this order,-

(a) “Chairman” shall mean the Chairman of the Committee.
(b) "Executive Director" shall mean the Executive Director as per Section 6.
(c) "Ministry" means the Ministry of Tourism and Civil Aviation (d) "Member" means a member of the Committee and the term includes the Chairman and Member-Secretary of the Committee
(e) "Committee" shall mean the Simraun Region Tourism Promotion Development Committee formed as per Section 3.
(f) "Simraun area" means the area within Bara, Parsa and Rautahat districts.
