2. Definition

Unless the subject or context requires otherwise, in this order, –

(a) “Committee” means Halesi Mahadevasthan Development Committee constituted under section 3.
(b) "Halesi Mahadevasthan" means the area of ​​all the wards occupied by Halesi Mahadevasthan Village Development Committee under Khotang district.
(c) "Chairman" means the Chairman of the Committee.
(d) "Member" shall mean a member of the committee and the term also refers to the chairman and member-secretary of the committee.
(e) "Executive Director" shall mean the Executive Director appointed as per Section 6.
(f) "Prescribed" or "as prescribed" means prescribed or prescribed in the rules made under this order.
