Unless the subject or context otherwise requires, in these Regulations,—

(a) “Act” means the Foreign Exchange (Regulation) Act, 2019; Must remember.
(b) “Project” means the project mentioned in rule 3.
(c) "Bank" means Nepal Rastra Bank.
(d) "Hedging" means stabilizing the exchange rate of foreign currency so that the investor can withdraw the investment according to the agreement at the exchange rate at which the foreign currency was deposited in the bank when the investor invests in foreign debt for project implementation.
