Rule 2
Definition
In these rules, unless the subject or context requires otherwise,–
(a) "Act" means the Civil Service Act, 2049.
(b) "Regulations" means the Civil Service Rules, 2050.
(c) "Service" means Nepal Education Service as per rule 3.
(d) "Group" means a group as per sub-rule (1) of rule 4.
(e) “Subgroup” means a subgroup maintained under a Group.
(f) "Employee" means civil servants of Nepal Education Service.
