In these regulations, unless the subject or subject has a different meaning-
(a) "Dormitory" shall mean any building and the area covered by it, where food and accommodation are arranged for students studying in schools and colleges.
(b) "Superintendent" means a person appointed or appointed to look after the order and supervision of the hostel and the students staying in the hostel.
