Rule 2
Definition
In this regulation, unless the subject or context requires otherwise,-
(a) "Act" means the Military Act.
(b) "Service" means service under the Military Act.
(c) "Group" means a group of military personnel working in accounting under the Nepali Army.
(d) "Head of Department" means the Assistant Head of the Financial Administration Department. Amended by the Regulation amending some rules related to the military, 2070.
