Rule 2
Definition
: In this regulation, unless the subject or the context requires otherwise,-
(a) "Act" means the Telecommunications Act, 2053;
(b) "Inspector" means a person or body designated by the authority to conduct inspection or investigation in accordance with sub-section (2) of section 17 of the Act.
(c) "Committee" means the Radio Frequency Policy Determination Committee as per Section 49 of the Act. 1 (d) "Ministry" means Government of Nepal, Ministry of Information and Communication.
