In this regulation, unless the subject or the context requires otherwise,-
(a) "Act" means the Children Act, 2075.
(b) "Fund" means section 63 of the Act. It should be referred to as the Children's Fund.
(c) "probation officer" means a probation officer under section 79 of the Act;
(d). "Children's club or organization" means children's club or organization registered under rule 3.
(e) "Child-related organization" means a public agency, school, - health organization, private organization, non-governmental organization or any other agency or organization related to children, where children receive services.
(f) "Committee" means the Fund Board of Directors constituted under sub-rule (1) of rule 84;
