: In this regulation, if the subject or context does not indicate otherwise (a) "Act" means the Electoral Roll Act, 2052.
(b) "Voter ID card" means the voter ID card provided to voters in accordance with section 24 of the Act.
(c) "Identity Card Management Officer" shall mean the voter ID Card Management Officer appointed or designated as per Rule 3.
(d) "Chief Identity Card Distribution Officer" means the Chief Voter ID Card Distribution Officer appointed or designated as per rule 4.
(e) "Identity Card Distribution Officer" means Voter ID Card Officer appointed or appointed under Rule 5.
